NRK manufactures new and fully reconditioned glue applicator rolls using our Applied Surface Technology™.

The Stainless Steel roll surface is applied with submerged arc weld.

Each roll is then cylindrically ground on our CNC automated lathes to ensure exact dimensional tolerances.

This construction guarantees a surface that is corrosion free and durable. It will not delaminate.

Rolls are available in engraved or matte nish, with slotted or non-slotted surfaces. Engravings are available in 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, or 50 quad.
